Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Orders over $75 ship free. Expedited 1–2 day shipping is available for an additional $18 at checkout. International shipping (40+ countries) is also available and takes 7–14 business days. All orders come with a tracking number sent via email once shipped.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all non-custom items. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll arrange a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Items must be returned in original condition. Custom or commissioned artworks are final sale.

Yes! Many of our artists accept custom commissions. The best way to request a custom piece is to use the contact form above with "Custom Artwork Request" as your subject, and describe what you have in mind β€” preferred artist, size, subject matter, color palette, and intended use. We'll put you in touch with the right artist. Commission timelines typically range from 2–8 weeks depending on complexity. Commissions require a 50% deposit.

We welcome applications from independent artists who create handmade original works. To apply, use the contact form with subject "Artist Application" and include: a link to your portfolio or Instagram, your primary medium and specialty, approximate number of pieces you could list, and a short statement about your work and practice. We review all applications within 48 hours and respond to every applicant. There are no listing fees β€” we charge a 12% transaction fee on sales only.

Yes! We offer beautiful handmade gift wrapping using recycled kraft paper, dried botanicals, and a hand-tied ribbon for $8 per order. You can add this at checkout and include a personalized note card. For larger orders or special occasions (weddings, gallery openings), contact us directly and we'll create something truly special. Gift wrapping is available for both domestic and international orders.
